The Alhamra Academy of Performing Arts is continuing its efforts to promote music and support
young musicians through its weekly Music Jamming Sessions. These sessions give emerging
artists a chance to learn new skills and work with experienced musicians. They also provide
opportunities for creative activities and sharing musical knowledge.

The latest music session featured well-known Qawwal Nadeem Salamat. He shared his musical
experience with young musicians and guided them on different aspects of professional singing.
He also explained the importance of vocal expression and traditional music techniques.
Students of the Alhamra Academy also presented their musical performances during the
session. They showcased their skills by playing different musical instruments and performing
various music styles. The event created a friendly environment where young artists could
express their creativity and learn from one another.

Speaking at the event, Alhamra Executive Director Muhammad Nawaz Gondal said that
connecting young artists with experienced performers was an important part of Alhamra’s
mission. He explained that such opportunities help new musicians improve their skills and
understand the professional music industry.

He also highlighted the importance of practical learning for young performers. According to him,
meeting established artists allows students to gain useful experience and develop their
confidence.

The weekly Music Jamming Session takes place every Tuesday at the Alhamra Academy of
Performing Arts. These sessions are becoming an important platform for young musicians who
want to explore different music styles and improve their abilities.

musicians and emerging artists together. The academy aims to protect traditional music while
