The IHC security officers retire after completing decades of police service and receiving a
formal farewell at Islamabad High Court. The ceremony was held on Thursday to honour their
long careers and recognise their valuable contribution to public service. Three officers
completed their service including SSP Security Iqbal Malik, DSP Ishtiaq Khokhar and Sub
Inspector Jahangir Haideri. Iqbal Malik served with the police department for 40 years during his
professional career. He was serving as the Security Incharge of the Islamabad High Court
before his retirement. His role carried important responsibility because court security requires
careful planning and strong professional commitment. DSP Ishtiaq Khokhar also completed a
remarkable career after serving in the police department for 42 years. His long service reflected
many years of dedication and responsibility toward his department and public duties. Sub
Inspector Jahangir Haideri also retired after completing his service with the police department.
Police officers and other personnel attended the ceremony to show respect for their retiring
colleagues.

The farewell event became a meaningful moment for colleagues who had worked with the
